Role Summary

Participate in developing and implementing strategies and action plans for agency recruitment, mainly focus on organic recruit

The Job

  • Drive IANG / young talent projects focusing on organizing recruitment campaigns and developing recruitment tools
  • Coordinate agency recruitment activities to facilitate the recruitment of quality new agents
  • Enhance agency marketing through social media tools, direct communication with agency members and secretaries
  • Coordinate with other internal departments on agency recruitment issues
  • Handle ad hoc agency related projects assigned by supervisor

The Person

  • University graduate with at least 4-years relevant working experience
  • Mainland background preferred
  • Working experience in training or life insurance industry is mostly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel etc.)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Sound communication and presentation skills with the proactivity to learn
  • Strong sense of responsibility and team work
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
