Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a timely and cost-effective way from JD drafting, job posting, CV screening, interview; extending offers to salary negotiations
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
- Develop and execute recruitment tactics for talent attraction
- Understand business strategies ,organisational and succession plans to build search strategy for open positions and meet current and future critical hiring needs
- Focus on competitive talent mapping, passive candidate outreach and development of an internal search capability
- Utilise in-depth understanding of market intelligence, organisation structures and compensation practices of competitors to drive effective talent engagement and acquisition
- Focus on delivering high quality market intelligence report on talent landscape
The Person:
- At least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment / talent acquisition capacity gained from either recruitment agencies or in-house roles
- Experience in recruiting for APAC market is preferred
- Be a field specialist in talent mapping and staying at the top of the profession, keep up with market trend and talent landscape
- Result-driven when working under pressure and tight schedules
- Good negotiating skill with internal stakeholders and candidates; ensure best outcomes that are beneficial to all parties
- Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferable
