Key Responsibilities

• Proof read packaging layout, label, and manual in terms of correct wording including spelling and grammar.
• Check if the artwork of packaging is complying with product requirement internal and external packaging labeling and marking guidelines.
• Organize and track artwork control and product details with internal departments such as merchandising and quality teams.
• Provide guidance to merchandising team and/or quality team in terms of artwork correction.
• Liaise with artwork agencies and factories for the document check and project follow-up.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and German. Speaking Cantonese is an advantage.
• A high level of attention to detail is a must.
• Able to work in a team and in a cross-cultural environment.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Experience on artwork proofreading is a plus.
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
• Work experience in a printer house and pre-print knowledge is a plus.
