Our client is a Reputed, and Well-Known IT Service Brand in APAC, their business is focusing on SaaS type products serving MNCs, Large Corps and Global Investment Bank. In order to cope with their with our global growth and expansion plan, they are looking for experienced, responsible, passionate, high integrity professionals to join their team.

Responsibilities :

1. Provide expert market knowledge and advice to hiring team and account managers
2. Source suitable candidates through networking, advertising, and referrals
3. Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates, using sourcing strategies, and networking tools.
4. Provide counsel to hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates, act as the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates
5. Interview candidates on a general basis and for specific roles. Calibrate all interviewed candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection.
6.  Maintain the highest level of candidate networks, take responsibility for candidate care and keep in regular contact with candidates
7. Build relationships with hiring managers and develop a deep understanding of their positions and needs
8.  Manage the job offer process and negotiate salary packages effectively and professionally
9.  Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
10. Work as part of a team to maximize commercial opportunities

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree with 3-5 years of relevant working experience in IT Recruitment
2. Good Command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
3. Independent, detail oriented and analytical
4. Self - starter and ability to work collaboratively with team members
5. Immediate availability is highly preferable
6. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Consultant
