Responsibilities:

• Identify and employ distribution and sales strategy to establish the reputation of the brand and to attain the turnover goals of the organization
• Develop sales strategies and annual business sales plan that are aligned with the objectives of the brand
• Build robust relations with the Senior Management of trade
• Set sales targets and delegate resources appropriately
• Integrate the sales strategies and activities with other Departments
• Manage and cultivate commitment and performance of sales teams
• Develop and manage his/her teams to ensure growth and development of their expertise

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Management or related discipline
• Min. 5 years sales experience in cosmetics / FMCG industry, in which 3 years at managerial level
• Experienced in Beauty Care industry will be an advantage
• Excellent presentation skills and communications skills
• Strong leadership, dynamic and resourceful
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Detail minded, creative, result-driven, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Immediate available is preferred
