• Provide HR operational support focusing on compensation & benefits
• Assist in monthly payroll process and reporting
• Handle attendance and leave administration
• Coordinate and administer Group Medical & life insurance
• Handle work injury cases and liaison with Government Department, insurance brokers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS and personnel files in good order and timely manner
• Involve in HR projects for continuous improvements
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 1 year's relevant working experience, FMCG/retails experience is preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good time management, well-organized and customer orientated
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
