Job Description
We are one of the market leaders in stock analysis software industry which runs our own finance and media platforms throughout HK and Asia. Now looking for young and energetic members to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR & administrative support to the company
- Support reception desk
- Assisting in HR recruitment and attendence issue
- Assisting in office maintenance, administrative reporting, office supplies management & other administrative functions
- Maintain filing system
- Be able to communicate with different parties via phone calls and/or emails in professional manner
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor / Management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in HR & office administration experience
- Willing to learn, service attitude and result-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Word 、Excel and PowerPoint
- Presentable with good communications & interpersonal skills
- Native Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
