Job Responsibilities:

• To provide backup support to the secondment HR team;
• To assist for a full spectrum of recruitment including job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, interview conduction, new join preparation, etc.;
• To assist in daily HR operations including monthly payroll preparation, attendance management, MPF administration, group medical insurance enrollment, recruitment report, data input and filing;
• To develop and manage all sourcing channels and track their effectiveness, continuously look for new sourcing channels to expand our talent pool;
• To conduct market research related to recruitment for understanding the hiring trends and quotation preparation;
• Other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above;
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work under pressure and fast pace environment;
• Attention to detail, proactive with can-do attitude;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and word processing;
• Someone who displays a genuine interest in building a career in the *HR field;
• Salary: 14K-15K subject to working experience, educational background, and interview performance.
• Immediate available preferred.
