Duties

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Retail Operations team of the Commerce Department
• Assist and support in all merchandising administrations
• Prepare, maintain and update the product portfolios in retail system
• Prepare the consignment reports monthly
• Prepare and monitor the service agreements with suppliers
• Assist other ad hoc duties as directed by the team manager or supervisor

Requirements

• Tertiary educated or above
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be a definite advantage
• Proficient with computer software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
• Self-motivated and able to deliver outcomes in a timely manner
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
