Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end recruitment process from job advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing to making offer to candidates
- Manage and shortlist the qualified candidates to best fit the positions
- Source candidates through different recruitment channels and develop innovative strategies to increase the hiring efficiency
- Prepare report analytics for recruitment statistics for management review and update
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in HR Management/ Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5-10 years working experience in recruitment. With experience and network in hiring engineering positions is desirable
- Good communication skills to interact with hiring managers, local and global HR team and other recruiters
- Proactive, mature and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- With knowledge in using Workday is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
