Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK)

The Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is a unit of Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services. More than 200 major companies have utilized its corporate training services.
Major Duties:
(a) To assist in planning, organizing and coordinating the Mainland projects and other projects operated by PEAK;
(b) To liaise with educational institutions, government bodies, corporate organizations and professional trainers in Hong Kong and in the Mainland for project development and implementation;
(c) To receive delegations and monitoring the quality of training activities;
(d) To assist in developing of learning materials for training programmes; and
(e) To prepare and producing promotional and publicity materials.
Requirements:
(a) A recognized degree or equivalent;
(d) At least 2 years’ working experience;
(c) Good experience in project administration and handling projects in the Mainland context, experience in liaising with Mainland Bureaux and Government Departments would be an advantage;
(d) Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills;
(e) Self-motivated, energetic, dedicated and presentable;
(f) Both result-oriented and service-oriented; and
(g) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Notes:
(1) Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written test in both English and Chinese.
(2) The appointee(s) will be required to perform duties outside normal office hours, including Sundays and public holidays.
(3) The appointee(s) will need to travel to the Mainland when required.
