岗位职责:

1、统筹公司行政后勤工作:监督行政工作的执行,并提出改进意见;负责公司行政事务的上传下达;负责公司的工商管理;负责通讯、交通、招待、办公费用的审核和标准管理;负责各部门之间和领导之间的协调;负责公司总部的车辆调度。

2、统筹负责档案文书管理:负责制定、完善档案文书管理的各项规章制度,并监督执行,做好保密工作。

3、负责相关会议的组织,以及会议决议的督办事项:负责会议场所的安排与

布置;负责会议相关活动的安排;负责会议决议的督办事项。

4、负责公来访人员的接待;负责公司相关的公共关系建立、维护、保持。

5.负责公司网络及其设备的维护、管理、故障排除等日常工作,确保公司网络日常的正常运作;

6、完成上级交办的其它各项工作.

任职要求:

1. 大专及以上学历,行政管理、计算机专业优先考虑;

2. 3年以上行政、计算机相关工作经验者优先;形象好,气质佳,责任心强;

3、有团队合作意识,具备良好的沟通协调能力与服务意识;

4、熟练使用office等办公软件,掌握基本计算机软硬件知识和网络维护。

5、英语可以作为办公语言。
