工作內容

• 物流中心大堂前台工作，接聼電話，接待來訪客人（需穿著制服）；
• 提供優質客戶服務，包括但不限於處理解答客戶的日常查詢；
• 於繁忙時段管理升降機，協助客人有序排隊；
• 監控大堂内各類設施，確保運作正常及處於良好狀態；
• 協助其他文書處理、文件歸檔等工作。

崗位要求

• 中五或以上學歷；
• 良好的溝通能力，責任心強，積極主動，具團隊合作精神；
• 粵語、普通話水平良好；
• 熟練使用OFFICE辦公軟件及电脑文书处理，熟練中文打字。
