HR & Administration Officer

 The Job:

This is a critical role within the Lifestyle Federation Group responsible for all people matters and providing ample exposure and opportunities for the right individual to grow in the Human Resources arena. The successful candidate will have responsibilities for a wide range of core HR functions and activities including talent acquisition, rewards and benefits, learning & development and special projects.

 Responsibilities

 l    Handle full spectrum of HR activities including hiring, monthly payroll, MPF, leave and attendance administration

l    Manage office equipment maintenance, procurement of office supplies and stationery, office facilities rental contracts

l    Coordinate recruitment activities, conduct interviews for junior roles, prepare employment contracts

l    Update and maintain staff database

l    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on HR related matters

l    Organize staff meetings, be the eyes and ears on the ground to drive staff engagement

The Person:

 l    Degree in Human Resources Management 

l    At least 3 years of HR experience in a commercial environment, knowledge of payroll processing/systems

l    Experience in retail or F&B industry an advantage

l    Details oriented, excellent analytical and communication skills, good team player

l    Love working with people, strong interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of staff and external business partners

l    Self motivated, agile, independent, innovative and able to work under pressure

l    Strong presentation skills, excellent MS Office (Excel) and Chinese word processing

l    Excellent written & spoken English and Chinese
