Job Responsibilities:

• Participant in recruitment process such as posting recruitment advertisement, selection & interviews, contract preparation, etc.
  
• Assist in payroll calculation, annual performance appraisal, benefits reviews
  
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records in HRIS and facilitate report generation
  
• Answer employee enquiries related to daily administration/ HR activities
  
• Assist in all-round internal HR functions
  
• Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder
  
• Relevant experience in administration or human resources management is highly preferred
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Experience with HRIS system is an advantage but not an essential
  
• Able to work independently, meticulously and maintain confidentiality
  
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
