This role is located and based in Hong Kong. Candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong.
- Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, performance management, remunerations, C&B, manpower planning, employee relations, and training & development
- Applying project management skills to lead all aspects of project lifecycle for HR initiatives to drive business outcomes
- Formulate, implement, and review HR policies
- Provide strategic and professional advice to senior management on HR related issues
- Perform ad-hoc task as assigned
- Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines
- 3+ years all-round HR experiences
- Well versed in Employment Ordinances and related regulations
- Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is preferred
