Senior HR Executive (C&B)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for C&B duties including payroll & MPF administration, attendance and leave management, taxation, benefits & insurances administration etc.
• Conduct market analysis and understand market trends for pay and compensation structure
• Studies labour market and compensation/benefits related trends
• Monthly report to Head Quarter
• Responsible for Human Resources related cost analysis and data Analysis
• Participate in regular and ad hoc HR programs such as annual review, taxation reporting, employee relations, MPF related issues, etc.
• To ensure day-to-day HR operations run smoothly and lead various ad-hoc HR related projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in sizeable organization, preferably in retail or FMCG industry
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Able to work independently
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken
