Job Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Business Partner to division managers by providing professional HR advice and support to achieve corporate objectives through people strategies
• Responsible for end-to-end employment cycle from hired to retired with continuous review for processes improvement to enhance employee experience
• Enhance staff engagement, satisfaction and retention through various engagement activities and well-being programs to maximize organization effectiveness
• Initiate and implement HR projects to maximize work efficiency and effectiveness through standardization, automation and digitalization of  processes and procedure
• Lead and manage key HR initiatives including but not limited to staff survey, performance management, market benchmarking, merit and benefits review
• Facilitate management decisions on people strategies and actions from HR data and analytics
• Handle staff issues and cases including but not limited to EC cases, disputes, disciplinary actions, and interact with statutory bodies in relation to staff issues to ensure legal and corporate compliance
• Initiate and assist in ad hoc projects and assignments from time to time

Requirements

• University Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in all rounded HR areas with 5 years in supervisory role
• Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance
• Adaptive to changes and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
•  Able to lead, drive and influence others to deliver
• Proactive and positive attitude with excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical, planning, organizing and project management skills
• Experienced in handling complicated staff issues and cases
• Experienced in project management of HRIS implementation and enhancement an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS windows applications, and advanced in Excel and PowerPoint
