• We have our own retail chain in Hong Kong, as well as selling our products through channels including retail chains and supermarket chains; and by own online shop & e-Commerce channels
• We are looking for  HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER  - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to COO
• Lead HR team of 2-3 subordinates
• Oversee full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits,  training and development, employee relations, performance appraisal and HRIS enhancement
• Prepare headcount, compensation and cost allocation reports, and provide analysis and suggestions for management review
• Devise and implement a standardized performance evaluation and management system within the Group responding to annual salary review, promotions, transfers, bonus distribution, employee career development, management succession planning, talent retention, training and coaching
• Constantly review and execute HR policies and procedures as well as employee handbooks
• Implement initiatives to cultivate good employee relations and communication. Organize events to keep a high-level of employee engagement and drive a positive culture of company’s mission and vision
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments
• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ solid experiences at supervisory level and experience in retail industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge in HRIS implementation is in advantage
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and regulations
• Knowledge in PRC and Macau Employment Ordinance and regulations is a plus
• Ability to handle multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
