  • Report to Business Development Director
  • Be the contact point to internal and external parties for coordinating the administrative work to ensure smooth daily operation
  • Supervises Administration team to handle daily operation
  • Provide regular training to the Frontline Staffs. Develop, design and deliver training programs
  • Prepare internal and external correspondences
  • Liaise with different Government Departments to handle Catering Licence Applications
  • Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 7 years’ relevant experience with 3 years at supervisory level
  • F & B Experience is a MUST
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Business Law and Catering Licence Applications
  • Able to come up with ideas and seek out opportunities for development and improve processes with self-motivation
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team-player and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Administration Manager (Catering Business)
