Responsibilities:

• Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to Controller
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on business operations
• Manage travel and business trip arrangement
• Able to work under pressure and can be a good team player
• Able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

 Requirement:

• Tertiary education in any disciplines
• 1-3 years’ relevant secretarial experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working Location in Tseung Kwan O
