• Perform end to end payroll processing independently
• Work closely with service units to understand the staffing needs and selection criteria in recruiting frontline, professionals and back office crews
• Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from online and offline recruitment process, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal, to staff on-boarding
• Prepare various reports and analysis for management review
• Ongoing system enhancement and provide input for process streamlining in response to business needs and corresponding changes in work flows
• Support in staff engagement and wellness activities, events and initiatives
• Assist in other daily HR functions
• Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related field and at least 3 years solid payroll management and recruitment experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff
• Good understanding of employment related laws and ordinance
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English language with good writing skills
• Good computer skills
• Able to work independently and as a good team player
• Responsible, detail-minded, well organized, positive working attitude and adapted to change
