Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for office and retail shops, including but not limited to interview arrangements, on/off boarding formalities, collaborate with shop-in-charge;
- Maintain accurate staff record in HR2 Systems;
- Manage office administration and facilities;
- Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Human Resources management, Business Administration or related discipline;
- Minimum 2 years work experience in retail industry;
- Hard working with can-do attitude;
- Able to multi-tasking and good interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing is must;
- Good Command of written English and Chinese;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
