Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Conduct news search and name screening of clients
  • Perform KYC routine review and non-routine review
  • Ensure all related procedure and documentation required to complete KYC review are properly executed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal AML policies
  • Conduct procedure reviews on an on-going basis and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Liaise with related stakeholders on KYC review related matters
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Assist to complete ad-hoc assignments


Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with at least 1 year experience in an office environment 
  • Good command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred. (will be an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese typing(倉頡/速成) and English typing
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Recent Graduate will be considered
