Job Description
We are looking for a C&B Analyst to join the Regional Corporate Compensation & Benefits Team in the LVMH Group in Asia.
The incumbent will have a strong focus on internal and external data analysis, benchmarking and providing professional advice on market practices, tools and processes to the HR community in Asia.
Supporting the Team and the Group Brands as an internal consultant for the Group Brands, the incumbent will be in close and regular contact with dedicated Brand HR teams at local and regional levels.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Group benefits review and renewal processes
- Participate in the annual salary review process, providing the relevant market and internal data to support proposals and consolidating data at regional level
- Assist in providing analysis and insights from internal and external data to interpret compensation plans and assess their competitiveness
- Coordinate compensation & benefit surveys including job matching and job mapping projects to ensure quality of data and consistency across Brands and the countries / regions
- Build and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with HR consulting companies and other C&B professionals and data providers
- Assist in C&B ad-hoc projects, including the collection and analysis of existing practices and processes
- Maintain and constantly upgrade the internal C&B database and website
Key Requirements & Competencies:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Statistics/Mathematics or related disciplines
- Prior C&B, International Mobility or HR Analytics experience
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Discretion in handling sensitive and highly confidential information
- Good communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills
- Good team player with a positive and proactive attitude; self-starter who performs well under limited supervision
- Fluent in spoken and written English (Cantonese and Mandarin a plus)
- Exposure to retail / luxury industry is a plus
