Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide human resources support to office and retail team in Macau region as a generalist role
  • Handle full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B administration, and staff engagement activities
  • Manage staff on-board and off-board logistics throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment and interview, reference check, employment contract preparation, work visa application, and exit interview
  • Act as business partner with stakeholders and line managers, and provide HR professional advice on staffing, manpower planning, recruitment needs, staff development plan, and discipline issues
  • Process monthly payroll, final payments, taxation, pension, medical, insurance, and staff benefits administration
  • Review commission and incentive scheme and closely work with retail management team
  • Participate in the personnel cost budget and forecast review, and monitor personnel costs from time to time
  • Complete HR monthly reports and statistics for management review.
  • Support annual performance appraisal, salary review and bonus payout
  • Compile compensation and benefit data for salary surveys and benchmarking process
  • Update and maintain accurate personal records in HR system
  • Participate in various projects (e.g. employee induction and engagement program, staff club, annual party, and other ad hoc projects)
Requirements
  • University graduate in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines Work Experience
  • At least 3 years’ HR generalist experience in retail / FMCG industry
  • MNC exposure and prior HR experience on Macau region is an advantage Required Competencies (e.g. Technical Skills / Languages / Computer literature, etc)
  • Well conversant with HK and Macau Labor Ordinance
  • Solid C&B background, sensitive to figures, attentive to details, logical and analytical, creative and flexible
  • Good interpersonal skills as well as a good team player
  • Good communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS-office, with special focus on Excel (familiar with V-lookup and Pivot table), Powerpoint and Chinese WP
  • Self-motivated and meticulous with a strong sense of responsibilities
  • Tactful and sensitive in handling confidential information
