Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle full spectrum of office administration including procurement, repair and maintenance, handling expense reports, security and telephone system, assisting and organizing company activities
• Provide administrative support in leave and attendance, staff and benefits records, etc.
• Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, in/out mails and couriers arrangement, etc
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• F.5 or above
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
• Responsible, good interpersonal/communication/organization skills with good work attitudes
• Proficient in MS Office application (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate is welcome
