PHASE Scientific is a high-growth biotech company with a mission to inspire a new state of health. Founded and led by Dr. Ricky Chiu, UCLA-trained bioengineer, Adjunct Associate Professor at CUHK and Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong, PHASE Scientific has a team of 200 across Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Southern California. We provide novel diagnostic tools and services for cancer and infectious diseases with our proprietary technologies.

PHASE Scientific has been a pivotal force in supporting the fight against COVID-19 through its full range of testing products and services (PCR community testing, INDICAID rapid test kits and INDICAID lab testing services). To date, PHASE has conducted over 3 million PCR tests and sold over 30 million INDICAID rapid test kits in over 30 countries.

Responsibilities:
Strong Global Talent Acquisition experience to fulfil company global development needs
Formulate and drive Global Talent Acquisition Strategy to tide with company strategy
Expand Global Talent Pool and funnels, including build up the strong global network
Establish Global Talents Database and reserve for the future global development plan
Coach HRBP in different region and make sure can provide recruitment service timely
Establish Global Talent Acquisition guideline which all HRBPs can follow and provide recruitment service effectively
Work with different line managers to understand company needs

Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines
+10 years of Global Talent Acquisition
Proven track record in MNC Talent Acquisition
Involved in relocation projects experience is a plus
Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
Strong in communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken/written English and Mandarin
Comfortable working in a fast-growing company

• Remarks: This position work station currently in Kwun Tong and will relocate to HK Science Park in Jul 2022
