Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Asset management; private equity and corporate finance advisory service provider with 80-90 staff in Central office
- We hold SFC license Type 4 and Type 9
- We are looking for HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to HR Manager
- Work in HR team of 2 members
- Support full spectrum of human resources work including C&B, performance management and training etc.
- Support talent acquisition in job posting, interview arrangement and on/off boarding logistics
- Maintain and update personnel records in HRIS system and proper filing of HR records
- Preparation of HR reports for management analysis
- Assist to implement HR initiatives to comply with corporate objectives and standards
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
- Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management / Finance / Business related
- 1-2 years human resources experience preferably in investment or financial services
- Good at MS Office applications;
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 18 days
