Job Description
Our client is a insurance company located in Wanchai is urgently seeking for a contract receptionist.
Contract Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone calls with good manner and positive attitude
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail arrangment
- Perform office administrative duties, meeting arrangement, office and equipment maintenance and office supplies ordering
- Occasional outdoor work
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- 1-2 years' relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good written and spoken communication skills, both Chinese, Mandarin and English
- Detail-oriented and good working attitude
