Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily operation of Human Resources & Administration
• Handle all-rounded HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, staff movement, leave management, training, etc.
• Plan and execute the HR strategies to support the organization development
• Review and implement company policies and procedures
• Facilitate internal communication between departments and different level of employees
• Responsible full spectrum of office administration supports including general office administration, procurement, fixed assets management, company events, tenancy renewal;
• Handle the insurance policies arrangement, facilities/equipment maintenance, contract renewal and etc.
• Plan and draft office layout plans, supervise office renovation & relocation projects.
• Prepare reports for management's review.
• Supervise the HR and Admin Team
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years HR and Administration working experience
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word processing
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and good team player
• Leadership, can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
