Job Description
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including but not limited to filing, copying, sorting correspondences, coordinating repairs of office equipment and couriers;
- Occasional outdoor delivery of documents is required;
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent level or above;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably gained from construction industry;
- A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to details;
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Immediate availability is preferred.
