We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily conduct client onboarding procedures, including AML/CFT and KYC
• Provide administrative support in the corporate trustee and corporate finance areas
• Handle ad hoc projects and research as required
• Transactional case management including data input and database management support

 Key Requirements:  

• Diploma or degree in legal studies or accountancy.
• Min. 2 years of experience in large corporate, restructuring, legal or corporate finance in a bank or non-bank financial institution, law firm, investment funds or private equity.
• Familiarity with corporate finance documents with knowledge in CRS and FATCA reporting a plus.
• Possess practical understanding of the due diligence process; anti-money laundering regulatory requirements and its continuous development.
• Self-motivated, organized, attention to details and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
• Proficiency with excel worksheets in data management.
• Proficient written and spoken Mandarin skills ideal.
