Job Description:

  • Business Transformation
    • Partner with Commercial and Operations Team and manage mid office to back office business transformation and re-engineering projects
    • Manage and implement projects relating to continuous improvement / automation in finance operation and reporting process for business unit
    • Develop financial reporting dashboard, KPI scorecard and SharePoint for Finance
    • Work with Corporate Team from the Group on various projects 
  • Controls & Governance Improvements
    • Assist in financial data transparency and standardization across all countries 
    • Identify risk areas and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks
    • Develop policies and guidelines for Auriga business unit to ensure financial controls and processes in place as well as provide guidance to countries
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Consolidate the annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly flash for the entire Business Unit
    • Prepare monthly business analysis and commentaries on actual performance and highlight soft spots with countries
  • Assist on ad hoc projects assigned by the Management

 Requirement :

  • University Degree in Business Administration at Finance or Accounting
  • Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional bodies
  • Preferable with over 8 years audit and commercial experiences; related experience in MNC or large-scale organization will be an advantage
  • Possess solid experience in project coordination with strong organizing skills and able to work under pressure
  • Possess good knowledge in corporate policies and procedures, business controls and management reporting
  • Familiar with Microsoft Applications (such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SharePoint), financial / accounting reporting applications (e.g. HFM) and computerized ERP & accounting systems
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Attention to details, assertive, self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and strong passion in transformation
