Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Trading platform daily operation and system health check
• Handle data center routine and NOC operations, ensure the ongoing operations, availability and stability for infrastructure
• Ensure fault alarms are timely attended and Co-ordinate/communicate with software vendors and hardware suppliers, such as server, storage etc.
• Responsible for Windows / Linux / VM architecture
• Assist work on IT infrastructure projects, IT BCP coordination, production incident, installation and maintenance of equipment
• Support internal user directly when needed
• Complete daily job operations as assigned
• Report to IT management regularly
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Working after office hour when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Experience in VM and operating systems (Windows and Linux)
• Experience in trading system support including Securities and Futures.
• At least 2 years experience in infrastructure support
• Well discipline, hard working and responsible. Good communication and interpersonal skills, team motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written in Mandarin
• Holder of MCSE, CCNA certificate is an advantage
