Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support for handling administration work for business from consultancy, platform business and other distributors
- Perform daily administration duties including data input, filing and other service request
- Responsible for documentary flow including Renewals, new Business and Claims.
- Ensure all enquiries (hotline and written) received from business partners are handled and resolved within the performance and quality standards
- Provide quality service to our internal and external customer
- Undertake other duties as from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operation of the company
- Complete other administrative duties as required including handling mail, etc.
- such as UAT, marketing campaign or product launch etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or with equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience in financial institutions
- 1 years or up experience in General Insurances industry, with experience in insurer/agents/brokers are preferable.
- Basic knowledge of various general insurance products and strong common sense
- Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and strong sense of responsibility
- Relevant IFA/insurance company working experience is a definite plus
- Fast learner and be able to cope with rapid changes and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Word
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
