Responsibilities:

• Assist CCO to lead a team of credit underwriter to conduct credit analysis and underwriting on new potential clients and regular review of existing clients with minimal supervision and ensure timely reporting of related credit information and reports of subordinates;
• Formulate and review risk framework, credit policy, risk model, scorecard, development and enhancement of adequate credit underwriting procedures;
• Assist Risk Management to conduct portfolio risk management and to ensure effective risk monitoring and special assets management, including early warning mechanisms, contingency and debt collection plans;
• Conduct fraud prevention measurements to ensure the underlying assets of the Trade Finance Projects are of good credit quality;
• To participate in project development and liaise with different department;
• Assist to implement automation of credit underwriting procedures;
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and assist in daily operation.

Requirements:

• University degree or high diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Risk Management or related discipline;
• At least 5 to 8 year experience in credit analysis earned from banking or finance sector;
• Knowledge in Trade Finance with experience in E-commerce industry will be an advantage
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin a plus);
• A team player with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with internal and external business partners;
• Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented;
• Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, with multi-tasking and keen to details;
• Being creative and tech-savvy on new apps development and new solutions, can think outside the box for better solutions.
