Responsibilities

• Manage the product development of SME/Retail lending products
• Generate new ideas to meet customers’ needs and market potential in line with the bank’s strategies, with quick response to the market dynamics
• Responsible for product governance role and implement initiatives to meet the internal and external policies and guidelines
• Manage and drive lending product implementation with different stakeholders, including preparation of system requirement document and working closely with technology team on system development, to deliver the projects on time
• Coordinate user acceptance test for system development and enhancement
• Initiate and implement acquisition programs to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of the products
• Derive insight from business result and marketing or campaign performance
• Ensure tasks are executed and controlled within the appropriate risk level and compliance standard to achieve business KPI

 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline;
• Minimum 8 -10 years working experience in SME/Retail loan products
• Self-driven, able to work independently with great sense of ownership
• Resilient, able to work responsibly in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
