Job Description
Job Summary:
A team leader to manage all projects and sustainment activities priorities to meet business and Finance objectives. Driving continuous improvements and process improvements. Ensure compliance of company policy and control standards. Effective communication with different levels and stakeholders. Being subject matter experts on SAP FI-CO, SD and MM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage finance user and system integration requirements.
- Ensure data integrity in FOH systems (POS systems and Inventory Systems) and integration to SAP
- Oversee site-related activities to implement system & business changes
- Oversea enhancement requests and incident management
- Take lead on critical projects including but not limit to robotics; automation implementation
- Seek for continue improvements of site/segment processes
- Partner with key stakeholders to align business processes and implement global solutions/systems from planning to roll out.
- Ensure Segment/Site processes are aligned
- Ensure system security / user access controls adhere to company policy
- Manage timely and effective End User Training
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Computer Science or equivalent
- Hands on experience in SAP implementations in FI-CO, SD and MM
- SAP Certification in FICO, PMP Certification or equivalent preferred
- Experience in robotics / automation implementation is an advantage
