The role

Associate – Group Treasury Control – Asset & Liability Management Division

Key accountabilities

• Assist in executing Group treasury control and ALM functions, including the preparation of Group treasury related IR, FX and liquidity risk management reports and the related exposures control;
• Assist in developing the Group's FTP framework and executing the Group's FTP mechanism;
• Assist in setting up and the annual review of Group treasury related policies, guidelines, procedures and manuals;
• Cooperate with Risk Management Division for continuous improvement of the treasury risk management framework;
• Assist in providing necessary support and information to front offices / related back offices in relation to Group treasury control;
• Participate in ad hoc projects and strategic plans in relation to Group treasury;
• Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your superiors.

Skills & experience

• Degree holder in Economics / Finance / Business Information System or equivalent; with a recognized professional qualification (such as CFA, FRM, ECF-TM or equivalent) preferred;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, exposure in financial institutions and / or experience in liquidity / IR / FX risk management an added advantage;
• Strong product knowledge in treasury market;
• Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge in VBA an added advantage;
• A team player, self-starter, mature, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure; excellent figures sense;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
