Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Covering firm-wise compliance functions across all business lines (e.g. Brokerage; Exchange and Asset Management):
- Conduct trade surveillance and other monitoring tasks
- Conduct compliance reviews of sales and marketing materials according to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Administer staff dealing processing and monitoring
- Provide regulatory support such as managing licensing, reporting and conduct requirements (e.g. applications / regulatory notifications / CPT /surveys)
- Conduct Onboarding KYC & AML Compliance checks and reviews
- Provide assistance to the team on ad hoc compliance tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Compliance acquired from regulatory authorities, cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech firms, financial or banking industry
- Experience in using trade surveillance tools (e.g. Nasdaq SmartsBroker) and/or experience in digital assets would be advantageous
- A good team player, detail-minded, confident, self-motivated and be able to take initiative and work autonomously
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint and Chinese character input
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
