Job Description

Our client is a reputable financial institution. To cope with the business development, they are inviting experienced professionals to join the team in H.K. 

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance monitoring tools for evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of the key controls in the Business. Monitoring will include reviewing key indicators, control testing and conducting thematic reviews
  • Assist in designing & implementing risk management framework to ensure regulatory & operational risks are identified, properly assessed, mitigated and recorded;
  • Review documented policies and procedures whether they remain current and are aligned to Risk Policy and the processes taking place
  • Conduct thematic/ ad hoc review/ gap analysis, as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in risk management, finance, business accounting or related discipline
  • At least 5 year of relevant experience in Financial Institutions, Risk Department or Internal Audit
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
