Job Responsibilities: 

• Reporting to the Head of ECM & IBD, you will participate in the full transaction lifecycle including deal origination and execution, including preparing marketing materials, formulating financial analysis, preparing, and presenting client presentations
• Execute corporate finance deals including IPOs, follow-ons, private placements, and other Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions
• Work/collaborate with syndicates on preparation of key documents including pitch materials, deal marketing presentation materials, confidentiality agreements and others as required
• Communicating and interacting with internal partners and product teams as well as with external clients and other parties
• Provide general support to senior bankers and the deal team

Job Requirements: 

• University degree holder in Finance or related disciplines
• 3-6 years relevant experience in IBD or related discipline with proven track records
• Solid experience in deal origination and execution of equity capital market is a clear advantage
• Sound knowledge in investment banking, including listing Rules and other relevant rules
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
• Consistently clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate available is preferred
• Willing to travel is preferred
