Finance and Procurement Division

What you'll do:
  • Act as finance business partner to leaders of business divisions to drive financial and operating results. Provide advice and solutions to divisions on financial matters to support business within control framework
  • Monitor financial performance of the divisions and provide financial and business analysis to facilitate divisions in preparing monthly forecast and annual budget
  • Lead monthly division operating reviews including financial performance, orders pipeline, KPI metrics, accounts receivables, project management statistics and identify potential issues and insights to division to come up with corrective actions
  • Perform ongoing project and cost control. Provide exceptional project details to divisions and ensure corrective actions for proper project management. Ensure project execution is properly supported by relevant documentation and compliance with internal control process
  • Prepare analysis and proposal for annual update of manpower pricing and lab testing services pricing for management approval. Collate information from divisions and prepare quarterly report for equipment utilization status for branch directors review and drive follow-up actions
  • Provide guidance to project accountants on financial matters and ensure accurate and on-time submission of financial reports and audit accounts for government funded projects and secretariat funds
  • Drive culture of simplification, enhance process flow in particular on project management module
  • Prepare regular / ad hoc financial and management reports and assist in handling other projects / assignments as determined by the management
You will be a good fit if you have/are:
  • Degree or above from Accounting or Finance related disciplines or equivalent
  • A qualified accountant is a must
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant managerial experience with sizeable organizations or NGOs 
  • Experience in project controlling and business analysis preferred
  • Hands-on experience in SAP an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-oriented, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered as Manager, Operations Finance
