Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Fitting-out Contractor’s works；
• Assist the Project Manager & Interior Designer to review technical and material submissions and design details on construction drawings；
• Inspect and monitor the Fitting-out Contractor’s progress to comply with the works programme；
• Monitor the submission of material samples and construction of mockup by the fitting-out contractor.
• Assist the interior designer on the review of shop drawings for fitting-out works.
• Inspection of off-site fabrication works as and when required;
• Supervise the Contractor to carry out the works in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings, and to order removal and reconstruction of works of substandard material and workmanship；
• Report to the Project Manager / Interior Designer on site issues, progress and quality of workmanship;
• Prepare inspection reports, list of defects and outstanding works;
• Handle other supervision duties assigned by the Project Manager。

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Building Study or equivalent 
• At least 10 years relevant site supervision experience in interior fitting-out projects
• Experience in fitting-out of hotel/club house projects will be an advantage
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
