Job Description
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Architectural Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or construction related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years (Senior Project Co-ordinator) and 3 years (Project Co-ordinator) relevant experience in co-ordination of building works / A&A works / fitting out works.
- Able to liaise and co-ordinate with the employers, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers for developing construction details, monitoring site progress and conducting site co-ordination works.
- Candidate with less experience and / or qualification will be considered as Assistant Project Co-ordinator (APC)
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm; Saturday 9am to 1pm (Alternative).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
