• Drive engagement by building a professional and proactive relationship with all key stakeholders within the industry.
• Customize business solutions and account configuration by involving from tendering to project delivery.
• Responsible for tendering and estimation, contractor management, project cost review, and pricing negotiation.
• Attending both internal and external meetings from design stats, site visits, and delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams for project implementation and evaluate business development activities.
• Any ad hoc tasks/projects will be assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering
• 10 years of Project Management experience gained from the Facade / Cladding / Building Material industry.
• A track record of past success in completed projects is required.
• With excellent skills in relationship maintenance and building.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
