Job Duty:

- Participate in Hong Kong Residential projects;
- To assist the Senior Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to carry out his/ her daily tasks;
- Coordination within the Company and Project Consultant Team;
- Follow up and coordinate consultant team to ensure a timely delivery of quality outputs;
- To monitor and manage project information and assist day to day project administration duties;
- Preparation of Internal Reports and Memos;
- Handle ad hoc assignments as requested.

Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture, Building Survey or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in developer or consultant firms, less experience will be considered for the position of Project Officer
- Practical experience with developer in managing residential projects will be an advantage;
- Good skills in AutoCAD, MS Office and other common software;
- Project Management and BIM skill would be considered in higher priority;
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills and able to work with minimal supervision;
