Job Description
A Registered General Building Contractor (RGBC) and Approved Contractor for Public Works focusing on Building Renovation and Additions & Alteration Works for both Public and Private Sectors i.e. Local Universities, Institutions, International Schools, ASD, Education Bureau etc. is
looking for high-calibre self-motivated professionals to fill the following position:
Summer Internship/ Fresh Graduate (Building Fitting-Out and A&A Projects)
Job Duties
1.Take site photo record and prepare report
2. Asst. project team for work coordination
3. Asst. in preparation of progress report / daily report and related clerical works
4. Assist in material and shop drawing submission
5. Monitor worker's daily IN/OUT
6. Station at Site Office and occasionally at Head Office
Requirement:
1. Students studying Year 2 or above in Building Studies, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or related discipline.
2.Fresh Graduate is considerable for permanent post of Assistant Project Coordinator/Engineer
3. Knowledge in AutoCAD is in advantage
4.Good Computer knowledge i.e. excel , word, power point, photo shop etc.
5. Hardworking and cheerful in personal character.
6. Employment Period : Summer Intern- June - August 2021, Fresh Graduate -Permanent
