Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating project proposals and requirements, tenders, budgets and schedules, etc.;
  • Assist in monitoring the progress of projects and expenses according to the master programme and budget, and the work quality of consultants and contractors;
  • Closely liaise with consultants and contractors in organizing all relevant documents including drawings, specifications, approvals, tenders and method statements, etc. and maintain a proper filing record; review the said documents and recommend any potential improvements;
  • Coordinate and attend technical and progress meetings; strengthen collaboration with consultants and contractors to ensure good and proper coordination be built among parties to achieve all project deliverables;
  • Assist in ensuring the compliance of safety and statutory requirements;
  • Handle administrative tasks relating to the property investment proposals;
  • Assist in coordinating business correspondence, confidential documents, and tenancy agreements; and
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience gained from property developers / consultancy firms 
  • Degree or higher diploma in Building Studies / Construction Management or relevant disciplines
  • Conversant with local regulations and procedures of building, planning and land submissions
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) 
  • Good computer skills including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks with tight deadlines
  • Well organized, attentive to details, work independently with strong sense of responsibility
